The Surface Science Laboratory was founded in 1992 as one of the first divisions in the newly founded Chemical Engineering Department at University of Patras and was headed by Prof. Spyridon Ladas until 2020. Since 2020, Prof. Styliani Kennou is leading the Surface Science Laboratory.
